Core Impact module IGSS_Arbitrary_File_Disclosure.py
Specially crafted tcp packets to IGSSUpdateservice.exe allows unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary file content. File Complete.lck should exist in the directory igss/dir/Updater/propagate on the victim machine. It is always created after applying IGSS updates.
