Snap VPN is an Android App to create a VPN tunnel for firewall evasion. It can be blocked by enabling PROXY-ACCESS category; or enabling Encrypted Key Exchange (SIDs 5 & 7) and Non-SSL traffic over SSL port (SID 6).
