| Blackhole kits are off the shelf web-based attack kits used by attackers usually on compromised domains. When an unsuspecting user visits a domain infected with the Blackhole exploit kit, they are redirected to a secondary domain which attempts to exploit multiple unpatched vulnerabilities on the target system and if successful it silently downloads and runs a malicious executable. |
