VPN Master is a Apple iOS and Android App to tunnel web traffic and bypass firewall filtering controls. VPN Master also uses ISAKMP (Internet Security Asssociation and Key Management Protocol), IKEv2. so this application must also be enabled in order to block VPN Master.
