Turbo VPN is a free VPN app for Android available from Google Play Store. This VPN has its own, proprietary VPN protocol using UDP. Also, it can use IPSec protocol. (IPSec protocol can be blocked using our ISAKMP Application signatures. In total, blocking this app requires: DPI-SSL CI enabled, ISAKMP Application signatures enabled, and Turbo VPN Application signatures enabled.
