| This vulnerability is an instance of a memory corruption vulnerability in the image conversion module, related to processing of TIFF files. The vulnerability is caused by a TIFF file which causes a vulnerability in decoding a string of 16-bit gray pixels. The mismatch in allocated and input size of an internal array causes an out of bounds memory access, which sometimes triggers access violation exception. |
